Documents are organized by client admission type. The two admission types are:

• HCC — Home Care Client
• HHP — Home Health Patient

HCC Admission Documents

7 documents required for Home Care clients. All have validation rules enforced at upload/generation time.

HHP Admission Documents

10 documents required for Home Health patients.

• 8 are generated or uploaded via the standard flow
• 2 are admin-only manual uploads (not generated by the portal)

Client Admissions Files

A single file upload field for bulk admission records. Accepts files up to 500 MB.

Version 5.0.0 added 6 new documents applicable to both HCC and HHP admission types. These are in addition to the baseline sets above.

Compliance Documents (v5.1.0)

Version 5.1.0 added 5 compliance document types with a dual-signature workflow (client + Case Manager). See Compliance Documents for the full flow.

Incomplete Documents

The Incomplete Documents section of the client profile shows all documents that have been assigned but not yet completed or signed. Admins can monitor completion status from here and re-send digital forms.
